There are so many different details of the wedding that contribute to your wedding day story and numerous ways to carry out your theme and express your personalities as a couple.
The day this particular couple was married, I was honored to be their officiant. They were married at one of the chapels I managed and because they were on a limited budget, they did not have the funds to hire a professional photographer, therefore, counted on friends and family to snap some photos.
When I worked in the wedding industry, it didn’t matter if I was hired as a planner, officiant, or day of coordinator, I never went anywhere without my camera. As soon as I caught a glimpse of this couple and their red shoes, I knew I had to have that image. They were kind enough to oblige me and in turn, I was happy to take some professional photos of the two of them, their wedding party and family as a thank you for letting me capture the shot. This photo said everything about who they were and the easy breezy theme of their wedding day.
