My daughter Sydney, the bartender, recently moved back to Tahoe and I asked her to make a new cocktail for me which she called “The Welcome Home”.
The Welcome Home
- 2 ounces Hendricks Gin
- 3/4 ounce Chambord
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 4 raspberries
- Step 1 Muddle lemon juice, simple syrup and raspberries in a shaker
- Step 2 Add ice, Chambord and Hendricks
- Step 3 Shake Well, double strain into Martini glass
