It’s the middle of a three day weekend and it only seemed fitting to have a Pomegranate Martini! One of my all time favorites!
Pomegranate Martini

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Cointreau
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
Directions
- Step 1 Pour all ingredients into a shaker of ice and shake
- Step 2 Pour into Martini glass over shaved ice
- Step 3 Garnish with Lemon
