Sydney (cocktail contributor extraordinaire) created “Gin & Roses” and even though it might be considered more of a summer drink, it tasted too good to wait until next summer to include it on the blog.

Gin & Roses

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Gin
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 freshly squeezed orange
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
- 6 to seven rosemary leaves
Directions
- Step 1 In shaker add simple syrup, orange, and lemon juice, rosemary leaves
- Step 2 Muddle
- Step 3 Add Gin and shake
- Step 4 Strain into coupe glass
- Step 5 Garnish with orange peel and rosemary sprig
